Insurances:
Dr. Quintana is a preferred provider in Aetna, Blue Shield, Cigna and United Healthcare PPOs. He is also a Medicare provider. Uninsured patients or patients with other insurances are welcomed.
Fees:
Office Visit fees for Out of Network and cash patients are reasonable but vary based on services provided and requested.
Most visits fee range from $75 to $450
We will also submit bills to your insurance for your convenience.
In addition to insurance fee, our practice includes an Annual Administrative Fee $1000 per year to support extra time, care and services that our office provides, which includes 30 minutes follow up, 1 hour complete annual exam and preoperative evaluation examinations, email access to office, prompt response to calls, nearly daily available appointments, form completions and nearly always, direct call from the doctors about lab results and your brief consultations by phone.

Lourdes is here to assist you as well. She is fluent in English and Spanish and has excellent phlebotomy skills.

Our Services:
Include Annual Examinations, Well Women Examinations, Preoperative Consultations, Second Opinions, Minor skin procedures, EKG, Phlebotomy, Ear lavages and Steroid injections to shoulders, knees and other joints when indicated.
